If you have lost your mobile phone or your OTP is unavailable
If you lost a mobile phone with Google Authenticator OTP installed, or if you are in a situation where you cannot use OTP, please contact us after being aware of the following matters for resetting. We will help you.
Please check the "Required Documents" and "Email Sample" at the bottom before contacting the administrator.

A. In order to protect your personal information, please mask the last 7 digits of your resident registration number, your driver's license number, and your passport number.
B. Please attach to your ID card a note that includes your request and the date and then take a clear photo of the ID card with the note.

A. It is a photo used to verify that you are the same person as the one who makes a request. Therefore, please make sure to take a clear (face-identifiable) photo.
